    PREMIUM FILTRATION TECHNOLOGY
    KARE AIR Electrode Air Purifier has a superior working principle. Compared with other filters, air filtration captures harmful particles in the airflow. It combines three scientific filtration principles, namely collision, polarization and polymerization.

    Ⅰ、 IMPINGEMENT


     
    Impingement is the process that all media filters are used to trap dust. In order to trap particles, the impingement process relies on media being placed in the path of oncoming airborne particulate and striking the particulate as it flows by in an effort to stop it. The effectiveness of this method depends on the amount of the material and intensity contained in the media filter placed in the path of these oncoming airborne particulate. Commercial filters using this type of process can cover the entire range of efficiencies. The finer and denser the media used, the greater the efficiency will be. High efficiency air filters (HEPA) have high efficiencies along with very dense fiber packing, however the trade off associated with these filters is a reduced volume of filtered air under equal conditions. Impingement type filters always have a built-in compromise between air flow and efficiency. The greater the efficiency of the filter, the lower the volume of air that is filtered. The greater the flow of
    air, the lower the efficiency will be, except in the case of KARE AIR which also use polarization and agglomeration to trap particles.  KARE AIR's unique induced polarized media. This type of products are not subject to any compromise between air flow and high efficiency, and they meet all the demands for increased air flow and high efficiency.

    Ⅱ、POLARIZATION


     
    The second major scientific principle used in KARE AIR is polarization. It is well known that electrical charge will have an influence on any charged substances. KARE AIR polarization takes advantage of this principle to enhance the effectiveness of the filtration media. The KARE AIR Electrochemical Filter is a high-voltage charging pad placed in a glass fiber filter that approximates static charge, and all airborne particulate matter will have to be "polarized" through the filter. The polarized air particles are combined with the fibrous medium by strong attraction. There are thousands of charged fiber bundles in each filter, which greatly increases the efficiency of the polarization process. In addition, as each of the suspended particles adheres to the fiber bundle, it becomes part of the collection process, thereby increasing filter efficiency. Any
    suspended particles that escape by the influence of the electrodeed filter media are filtered again in a subsequent process. This greatly enhances the filtration efficiency of the KAREAIR  Cleaners.

    Ⅲ、 AGGLOMERATION


     
    Airborne particles enter the KARE AIR filter and are polarized by the induced static charge, thus taking on the characteristics of millions of tiny magnets. As a result, four distinct possibilities can occur:
    1 、These magnetized particles can attach themselves to the charged fiber strands in the glass fiber.
    2 、They can strike or become attached to each other, thus forming larger particles. (Agglomeration)
    3 、 The polymerized particles can be attached to the filter fiber bundle.
    4 、The particles may pass through the fiber net and agglomerate, which will be captured on subsequent passes.
    The KARE AIR Electrode Filter does not produce any ozone compared to conventional
    electrostatic filters. Its unique working principle and efficient filtration efficiency are smaller than HEPA air resistance and long cleaning and replacement cycle.
